Well, you have to define what a "good voice" is. A great sing-songy voice is totally different from a good performer's or showtunes voice.

@aahwUNL11 I was Micheal in this show and you have no right to discuss bad things about our show on the internet. Peter Pan IS a boy. I know its usually a girl, but this time, its a boy, get over it. We said Adventures instead because we live in LONDON . Who cares if we sang the chorus either. Just because something is different doesn't mean its bad.

It's more common to find a woman who can sing those songs well, but when you find a guy who can sing those songs well, that's great!
