  • funny thing explain if Im wrong but the announcer said 185 kg on the bar and their was a mistake on the screen it read 105 kg notice that?

  • The graphic says 105+ Snatch. 105+ is the weight class that Shane lifts in. So in this case the announcer was right, since they did put 185kg on the bar and the graphic is right to. Thanks for watching closely! Check out Ticjet2Sports.com for more sports videos.

  • That would be Rezazadeh. That guy front squats 260 or 280 (doesn't really matter) like nothing. And back squats 305 as his second workout set.

  • ... Alexeeev, Chemekrin, Taranenko?

  • Shane is one of my favorite American lifters. Olyers in this country should encourage powerlifters to join our ranks if we ever expect to regain INTERNATIONAL dominance as we did many, many, many years ago. We have lots of strong athletes, but they choose to go to other sports, usually where the money is. :(

  • @zeemonkey187 ok, idk i think we have some mix up in terminology because you know that sprinters have to be strong and explosive while marathon runners are among the weakest humans on the planet. If you just google "weightlifting fast twitch muscles" or anything like that every article states how fast twitch fibers are trained by lifting and are genetically better for lifting

  • @PowerSprinter I'm too lazy to find the post where I correlated slow-twitch fibers with strength. That was probably a mix up because I actually do know the standard "slow-twitch for marathon runners and fast-twitch for sprinters" comparison.

  • @ze WRONG. No, there are africans in western africa that had slow twitch fibers, like the ones living in Kenya. However, Eastern Africa and the majority appear to be completely composed of FAST twitch fibers. People with slow twitch fibers are actually very weak, and very slow spinting wise. Thats why your claim is ridiculous, Because 65 blacks have gone under 10 seconds in the 100m dash and only one white. And i dare you to find me ONE article that says sprinters need slow twitch fibers

  • @PowerSprinter Additionally, these are just GENERALIZATIONS.

  • @PowerSprinter

Native Africans have a high amount of slow-twitch. American-Africans, bred by centuries of slave-owners looking for better workers, have more fast-twitch, but both feature similar skeletal qualities such as long legs and good hips.

  • @zeemonkey187 lmao did you just really say that black people generally have slow twitch muscles then go on to say how they are FAST? and good for the NFL? NFL players all have pure fast twitch fibers dumbass

  • Go RUSSIA!! Fuck Yeah!

  • @xerxes465 No for what they make up in athleticism they loose in leverages, their arms are too long etc.

  • @DavidVanPatten

High butts, long tibias, fibias and femurs. Certainly is.
