how should be the bass will be played with pick? tom araya plays with finger in his early days, but now then he's getting older and older so he lose more endurance and can't play fast songs with finger. ask a jazz bass teacher if a bass should be played with pick. bass is with percussion family so it doesn't really played with pick. learn to play 3 finger technique so you can play fast songs.

i have a dean dimebag body shaped 4 string bass with best bass pickups and marshall 4 tube amps, it sounds like a freakin beast and i put my own inlays in there
