Wow! $23 for the dumb bell set is a really good price. I have metal dumb bells, but I think I'll check that set.

When you have time, can you do a video on staying motivated when you feel demotivated? I find that I often quit when I'm in the middle of something. I can't stay motivated.

Hey imanisankofa. Im a vegan. Its so hard for me even though I been a vegan for over 8 years. Its hard having and finding dishes and food to eat. I mostly eat motzerilla sticks and breakfast Cereal
