Hi Julie, I experienced the same thing on one of my ads. From what I can tell (since FB wants to keep the reason for your violations a mystery), if you use any sensational wording in your ad or the word FREE, then it will trigger the violation.

Google is better, on;y using this because I have free credits and free credits to google, but Google seems to be more effective, but why not use both.
