Wow, that is absolutely gorgeous. The way you wrap and drape the fabric is amazing. Without the jewelry and flashy color, this could be an everyday niqab, right? I think it's so lovely how you wrap the fabric like a crown and then drape it like hair. What were the dimensions of the shayla that you used to wrap that? Cuz I don't think any of my shaylas are big enough to do that.

@shallenlynn Asalamu 'Alaikum uhkti this is a WEDDING KNIQAB and it is permissable for Muslims to come in their BEST clothes on celebrations and women MAY wear decorative colors and jewelry as long as she is covering... Careful bcuz your comment is correspondent to saying why would a Muslim come to 'Eid wearing beautiful clothes and jewelry and this was decreed from Allaah as what we should do on celebrations... and marriage is a blessing from Allaah and should be celebrated to the fullest! :)

@MsWatcheverything As musim you are obligated to obey to commandments of Allah (and our last profet -peace and blessings be upon him) And it is forbidden for women to wear these things in public. I am a woman to and I love being beautiful, but I control myself and obey Allah to the best of my ability.-its not always what people THINKS thats the best really is the best. Its not to hurt women that these rules exist but to actually to help them- If only people would reflect on why this is.

@MsWatcheverything There are women who do hijab videos who wear lots of make-up. There are others in hijab who do make-up lessons. I think a LITTLE make-up is nice. Most young girls don't need make-up. I rarely wear make-up (sigh) and I am 55.

@irishxxkelt As you can se in my comment I write HIJAB/ niqab (because theres a difference of opinion wether or not its obligatory to wear niqab). The important part is your intention when you go out in public... colorful makeup and fancy fabriqes etc is NOT modest- which is the whole point of hijab

If you dont wear hijab /niqab properly in public (youtube included) and a man is looking at you (gazing ) you get your share of the punishment from Allah(swt) !!! @786SLAVE1 That is why I as a non-Muslim woman cannot understand all the videos made my Muslim women about styling the hijabs and women weaing hijabs showing how to put on make-up! Surely the point of hijab is not to display beauty!
