I've taken to looking at various literature and videos pertaining to the subject of "magic(k)", and I can't help but notice how it is all the same manipulative mess.
The speeches and literature try so hard to be mystical/enlightened, and fail utterly. The vague explanations often take mundane phenomena and try to make comparisons to more legitimate trades, science in particular, in an transparent attempt to gain their respect.
And many if not all of them have that look of mental instability.

I was raised in the Novus Ordo from childhood and have flown with the angels to the temple of Yahweh.....recently I began invoking Yahuwshua and Yahweh and a great light began to appear and a voice would say to me these who have attacked you will suffer great destruction. I've been interested in Jungian and Crowlean ideas for many years. If Goetic evocation is about illuminating unconscious content - bringing into consciousness and transforming our hidden negative aspects and drives -our Shadow self - then surely it has to be a good thing, If it is only that.... However, there are many adepts of the Magickal arts who leave this stuff well alone believing that once you're into it you're stuck with it being irrevocably 'in the game'. Hmm...?

Thats exactly my point! You have researched, have you conducted the rituals? Have you performed the meditations? Have you truly practiced it? Or just read about it? And if you have practiced it at all, its been half assed I assure you. However I am reminded of a quote from a very wise individual who said "allow him his ignorance, thats what gives him hope". You can spot these types by thier responses towards belittling responses.
