USAA is a GREAT company. Ask any of it's members. Read the comments under mine even. They and I love to brag about how great they are. They dont work on commision and are totally 100%+ dedicated to the military and their families. This isn't USAA, this is a body shop issue.

Ok i just have to say i work for usaa and they have treated me amazing ....i wouldnt choose any other company other than its partners. My grandpa also got insurence through them and im now ensured through them as well....they truly go above for those who have gone beyond.....and i still stand on representing usaa and i will go above for any member that is with usaa its my job and its part of my american culture to honer our military!

Looks like the auto repair shop....they got all their money to get it fixed properly, so they shouldnt be complaining. Usaa did their part. People like to bark up the wrong tree!

The people in the video should instead be mentioning the name of the awful body shop so others can be aware of where not to take their car! It's so important to do your own research and read everything before you put your signature on it!!

Seriously, the repair shop is at fault. USAA is one of the best insurers in the country. The company is not public and answers to members, not shareholders. BusinessWeek and many others rank them the best.
