ciao, hai mai pensato di farlo diventare un tablet?
io uso il 1005 solo in università e in metro (1 ora e mezza di metro al giorno!), e avere lo schermo davanti in verticale con la tastiera praticamente inutilizzata è fastidioso... stavo pensando a qualcosa di drastico, ho visto che qualcuno l'ha già fatto con i modelli più piccoli (7" e 9")...
visto che l'hai già aperto hai qualche consiglio da darmi? :)

Bè sicuramente non è una bazzecola "invertire" le cernierine e trasformarlo in un tablet... però non la vedo nemmeno impossibile come cosa, c'è di buono che il nostro 1005 è davvero molto facile da smontare :-)
Personalmente mi va benissimo così, anche se devo dire che non lo sfrutto proprio a pieno il touch, è molto comodo per alcune cose, sopratutto quando è buio... però per tante altre preferisco ancora usare il touchpad...
