  • does anybody know what is that bass that Patitucci is using?

  • He used to use ESP basses but this one looks like it might be a custom job by an LA luthier.

  • I could listen to these guys for hours and hours, but the only thing I would ask is PLEASE DON¨T DANCE!!! It is goddamn creepy, especially Patitucci....makes me cringe no matter the fact I am not the one dancing, LOL.

  • @Gorgalisin If you ask about the 6 string it's a Ken Smith....about the 4..sorry i dont know!!!! I know that usualy he use a Sadowsky basses for slap but about this one i am not sure!

  • buen tema electrik band lo maximoooo!!!!!!!!!!

  • ...I think, the video is kind of fuzzy, but that doesn´t look like a Sadowsky peghead. But I could be wrong...

  • @Gorgalisin This is a LAG bass, what he was using primarily at the time. Interesting that the CD notes the instruments most of them used in each track, and for this one on the "Light Years" Patitucci used both "Yamaha BB5000, LAG bass". Note the comma between the basses used, the CDnotes said that when you saw a "instrument 1/instrument 2" note for example (wiith a slash), both instruments were "layered (midi) with one another. So maybe the , means he used both at diff times, but this is a LAG.

  • wow!!

  • @Gorgalisin That's a Sadowski bass

  • @schwene2 hey man, I'm not my generation... some of us still appreciate this.
