A better alternative than using saffron powder is to use real saffron, it does cost more, however it tastes a lot better. /

Man that looks delicious! Merci Beaucomp! Been wanting to try out making some bread by hand, something crusty and rustic. I want to also try something like adding fruit to it, so you get that nice crusty savory bread, but with random pieces of something like strawberries.
