I am so sick of people whining about stupid packages. this got destroyed that got destroyed boohoo whoopty doo WHO CARES. I DONT . when this happened had the Amtrak train not got behind due to an issue with a freight train having a broke wheel that put them behind schedule. that would have been the Amtrak train.... so what do you have to say to that...... still wanna whine about stupid packages. those shredded containers and items would have been BODIES!!!!

@1961Duane314 UPS's insurance should cover it, hopefully. Whatever it was will have to be ordered again and re-shipped though. And of course, there's the possibility that your package was in one of the 30 cars that didn't derail, and might still show up intact. UPS should call you up if they confirm yours was destroyed.
