For all those who want to recover =)
I hope this video i made will help all of u who cannot train cus of a bad injury.
Every injury will recover if ur mind is clear and devoted to the recovery in a pure way; in a pure way means that there shouldnt be any mark of obsession, cus the more u think u don't have something, the more u create that situation for ur mind.
all u have to do is to stay relaxed and to have faith in the tought u are healing; so the more u will feel healing the more u will heal, once u are able to feel urself healed u will be healed
u just have to belive =)

Its a concidince that im also recovering from several injuries.
Im a dancer/Tricker/Freerunner and i frictured my ankle, elbow, toe, finger and knee.
And im soooo sick if waiting so tomorrow im gonna train again ^_^
Anyway lovely video!! How's the back doing now?

thank u for the comment, i m sorry for ur injuries but dont get depressed, train going slow and with no aspectatives and u ll see lot of improvements, the back is doing great it doesnt give me these much problems, sometimes when my mood s a bit low the pain come back, but i can control it =D
