costs vary a lot depending on if you buy second hand or new best to start off with second hand engines that are in good usable condition to start with to find out if you really like flying them! A good Second hand model is also a good idea so long as its been built well! radio gear take your pick! just about all the modern 2.4ghz will work just fine! cost Second Hand engine and model around $800-$1000 US, NEW $1700-$2000 US per model.
