This home is located at mile 886.5. Twenty miles upstream from the Coon Rapids Dam and about 35 miles downstream of the St. Cloud Dam. Easy access to Twin Cities metropolitan area. This home was custom built in 1986. The home offers many comforts but the biggest plus is its setting on one acre with a 150 feet of Mississippi River frontage. Contact Jim Rossman Broker if interested otherwise please forward the link to anyone you might know who would be interested. We have lived and cared for this piece of paradise for the past 9 years. Everthing must change as related to the river so it is now time for someone else to become the steward of this fine property. Offered by Owner/Broker/Agent Currently not on the MLS

  • The home is above the flood plain and has never been flooded

This in not a short sale or foreclosure. It is very well taken care of and it was built to standards that exceed building codes.

  • Price reduced. We purchased the home in March of 2002 for $390K and have finished off more of the home and updated all the rooms plus exstensive river front and landscaping has been doen. New roof paint and three garage doors as well, to say the least. We have probably put $100K into it over the past 9 years. It is ready for the next person that loves the river. Above the flood Plain as well.

  • You asked if it was flooded. It is not flooded and it is above the flood plain. Right now it is awsome for boating. I can boat from Coon Rapids to St. Cloud MN. Last week-end I even drove the pontoon at full speed through the back waters.

  • Visit James Rossman on Face Book to see lots of pictures. Many are from the Month of April of this year. The dock is and so are two boats.
