In Racing Rules - overtaking boat keeps clear until an overlap forms, then it's port v starboard/windward v leeward.

@kjelsvik They're both on the same tack, starboard, and 146 is the overtaking boat. 603 should hold her course and 146 should keep clear until past - but that's colregs, not racing rules, I don't know about racing rules, but I bet they don't allow for overtaking boats to ram those they are overtaking!

6031 skall nog sälja båten och aldrig mer sätta sig ien båt, dessutom kanske dom skall vara en man till och helst inte släppa av allt för många gubbar på land under racet.

Dom höll ju på att krock när dom skulle segla vidare.

I'll have to check the rules again, but146 is starboard boat and 6031 is port boat. I don't think that 146 being the windward boat nullifies this ruling. Either way, both boats have a responsibility to avoid collision if at all possible...A little difficult in these close quarters and these conditions don't you think. Both boats should be DQ'd if I read the rules properly.

Watch again, 146 rammed 6031 aft port causing her to spin into 146! 146 with the wild chute is totally out of control.
