This is a quick 20min fat burning workout you can do at home on the day of your feast or days leading up to. This will help you not carry on extra lbs during the holiday season as well as burn some additional fat post exercise.

The circuit is 4 rounds long 50 secs of work, 10 sec rest and repeat!
