How would they get more care? Because not being able to pay hospital bills would no longer get them thrown out of the hospital.

I am not sure what your quesiton is. You have to have any problem stabilized and a discharge plan executed, according to federal law, before they discharge you.

I didn't ask a question. YOU asked how these patients -- who were dumped because they couldn't afford to pay for a hospital stay -- would get better care under a reformed health care system. I merely answered your question.
