One way to increase fuel economy is to leverage inertia. You use fuel to overcome inertia, and you can use inertia to lower your fuel consumption.

    I read that book, very bad outcome for the couple parked in the car, more for the man in the car . . . just unpleasant to think about. the things some people find a way to work into a story . . . . .
