yeah how does she spin ?????????
-
..that would be better if you do a double twist for the dismount.. :)

@BRcheergirl13 during the dip, the main base has to switch their grip.
-
@MsDiaz12 the bases have to grab the foot at a certain grip
-
that was so neat!

how does the flyer spin??

Stay tight and bring arms down on the dip/press. When the bases toss and flick, drive your left foot, hip and shoulder simultaneously around your center (not your right side-replace yourself and spin in place). Block the end until bases regrab. Snap arms up. Be safe! :)

@Peachis03 actually, if the flyer drives herself too much it becomes extremly dangerous. and I would know that from experience. it's better for the flyer to just stay tight and let the bases do their jobs.

@ayyandhayy you're right in the sense that no one person should ever be over doing their job. If the main base does too much, that's extremely dangerous too. It's important to know the dynamics of the group you're working with and what works for each one. In this case, it was better for me to control the spin in one piece rather than expecting bases who didn't usually work together to have perfect timing. A tight, flyer directed spin (regardless of who's supplying the drive) is essential. :)
