it will clean small issues like dust, fingerprints and is safe for all the interior surfaces without being greasy.

Will this work if i have minor scuff and scratch marks on my dashboard. As in removing them?

no it will not remove scuffs....it will clean the dashboard and have it look like it was back in its original condition.
