Are you willing to ship it to them and to provide electricity and education on HOW TO USE a PC?
There are way more that 5 millioin btw.
Those PC's are junk BTW, I see an amount 4 times lareer than this of computers NEWER than those being recycled every week, it's all E-garbage.
