@jim21680 red wing will re-sole them for around $60. It takes about 2 weeks. I had a pair that lasted me about 6 years and I had them re-soled 3x or so.

just bought a pair for my job in the warehouse retail buisiness. it was the 923 everything tops off at 172 with tax plus the polishing kit. Worth every damn penny. looks good, a bit uncomfortable (still breaking it in) But man the leather just screams QUALITY and ruggedness. Also redwing.

Just picked up a pair of the 3526 puncture-resistant boots. Wish they were waterproof-rated, but overall, a very well-made and comfortable boot. My last pair of RWs lasted me about 6 years of almost daily use, so needless to say...I'm happy with the brand! If it's possible, I'm going to have them re-soled because they're really still in good shape. They're worth the money you pay.
