  • I thought the Beethoven excerpt was measures 541-594 in the fourth movement???? Not the recititative.

  • Yes, You are right as I see now. I did not look at the numbers after watching the LSO masterclass video. Mr. Ibragimov plays the recitative on it...

  • I thought he score in beethoven instructs that it should sound like measured rubato (i.e. take the rhythm literally). My conductor asked for that last time when I played that, but then again I've heard it done many ways.

    Good job on Dittersdorf though. The intonation is flawless.
