  • all hail the great BILLY!!!

this was really silly but when tried it myself it gave me a sense of rhythm. i wasn't actually thinking that much about my left or my right hand. O_O

  • @ShuyuKoukin

Thanks! Silly stuff like this is often the most useful learning tactic I've found. :-)

  • man, you are god... you just nailed it in the easiest way possible.

  • @rahulgabrielle

Thanks! I'm so glad that it helped you!

  • thank you Steve, easy baby steps help heaps. i'm dyslexic so i had to put the computer in front of a mirror to stop getting confused with left and right! both-right-left-both, that's really really helpful, now i can sit down and practice this until i can do it in my sleep!

So glad it helped! I'll keep trying to think of stuff like this to supplement the videos for everybody!

  • Ok, now my wife is gettin' mad at me slapping my legs and saying George Wash-ing-ton. I guess I better not do this behind closed doors or bathroom. People will really get curious. ;)

Great lesson and I needed it. Hope to see a tutorial on sustain pedal soon.
