The one in Roosevelt Field is a loud buzz. It used to go off much more often. I believe that is Simplex as well.

@MrDamanster Usually a mall fire alarm isn't that loud because the mall is so opened space that the sound waves can't build up very much.

ahaha this happened where i work in westfield plaza bonita in san diego same siren sound but theres a message " ATTENTION ATTENTION A FIRE HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THIS BUILDING.....SOMETHING ABOUT EVACUATING AND NOT USING ELVATOR" THEN WOOOOOOOOOOP WOOOOOOOOOOP the funny thing is that no1 left the mall every1 knew it was a false alarm which it was idk how. it scared me tho when it first sounded tho it was all quite then WOOOOOOP it went on for 10 loud minutes cant hear anything lol
