  • are all these guys officers?

  • @CASEYELLOW007 It's not up to me. You have to lay in the bed you made. I know the exact definition of deferred adjudication. I also know how the Army and other Government Agencies view them. The felony still remains on your record, just not one that is searchable my MOST civilian agencies. Some can see it, like those would license you to sell financial products. There is no such thing as truly having anything removed from your record. It's just a matter of WHO can view it.

  • @MAOfights my point was that i completed probation successfully(maybe you need to look up the definition of deferred ajudication, the army can say it's a conviction but i have NO felony on my record only the record of the arrest exist's, atleast from a civilian background check pov)the fact that i was even given da probation is because i don't have a record all i'm sayin is i dont have a conviction i ahve nt reoffended now or anytime i was on probation..so give me a chance.

  • @MAOfights Well thats according to them, also, obviously reading comphrehension is not one of your strong points nowhere did i say there wasn't a paper trail, nowhere did i say i was on probation for 7 yrs....i caught the case when i was 19 it took them a whole yr for the case to even go to court, i was actually almost 21 by the time they put me on paper so idk where you read that at....and furthermore where in my post did i say wasn't guilty or not culpable for what i did? CONT

  • @CASEYELLOW007 According the Army, you have a felony conviction. Deferred adjucation is considered a guilty verdict by the Army and all other federal government agencies. There is no such thing as removed from record, there is always a paper trail. Further...you can say fuck the US military, but you made the mistake, were convicted and now must live with the consequences. You don't end up on probation for 7 years by not being guilty of something or not being culpable. It doesn't work that way.

  • @MAOfights to some 3rd world shithole to recruit these foreigners and dont even want to give somebody a chance who's actually a fuckin american then fuck all branches...i mean damn, isnt' anybody allowed to fuck up and try to right the wrong, hell im 26 yrs old i caught the case when i was 19 got put on probation when iwas 20 and just got off before my 26th b-day.I will serve in anyones military, anybody who's going to give me a chane and not go by something that happened 7 plus yrs ago.

  • @MAOfights I DON'T HAVE A FUCKIN FELONY CONVICTION I DONT GIVE A SHIT WHAT THE MILITARY SAYS HELL I'VE ALREDY BOUGHT A COUPLA SHOTGUNS LEGALLY also filled out and passed the 4473 document and was delayed for 1 day, the next day the gun store called me and told to come pick up my firearm. i have since been released from probation on Nov 1st 2011...anyways fuck the us military if they dont want to give somebody a chance who literally made a bad decision when i was 19 and they would rather go CONT

  • @CASEYELLOW007 Wrong. It show the arrest and deferred adjucation which the military considers a guilty verdict. No waivers for felonies.

  • @groves1990 Don't know where you get your information, but the Federal Fiscal Year starts October 1 of every year. That includes US Army Recruiting.

  • @Jerexius5803 It's not a fkin excuse, BTW, that I didn't/don't have time or money for college that I don't presently need. It must be nice to have money laying around and loads of free time...I wouldn't know
