Srey was rescued from the life of a sex slave by Somaly Mam, a former prostitute who runs shelters for the victims of Cambodia's sex trade. Somaly has rescued 53 children, so far. Many of them have profound psychological trauma. Some clearly are mentally ill.

Somaly herself suffered terrible ordeals when she worked the streets, including seeing her best friend murdered. She is determined to build something positive out of so much despair.

What is worse? The killing fields of Pol Pot or the brothels of Hun Sen? At least with Pol Pot, the suffering ends after a short time. With this, the suffering is for life. Um... wow, I've read the Bible since I was a child and I've read it a couple times. I have never read anything about it being ok to molest and rape children. Here's a quote from Jesus Christ himself: “Whoever causes one of these little ones to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea."

What I have noticed is a great amount of Islamic Child Marriage (Pedophilia and Rape) & they r about as obvious as it gets.

@MobiusX Just because it's in the Bible doesn't mean in any way God condones it.The time period is THOUSANDS of years before now and in a COMPLETELY different culture than yours. They lived differently and life was harder and just because it's mentioned in the Bible that some characters were part of awful acts it never says to do those things. The book isn't full of perfect Godly people that should be followed in every act they do it was full of real human beings who were changed by God.
