J. Anderson discusses the 'Strawman' that is perceived to exist from the standing of the real man in Common Law.

If you are entering into their jurisdiction by submission or under-standing, then you give up any rights and claims unless specifically reserved.

If you have submitted or under-stood (stood under) their jurisdiction then you have no standing to argue about the existence of the 'Strawman' as you are under the rules of their game.

You cannot enter their game and then argue about their rules once you have already submitted and under-stood them.

  • @schumakerist Inpersonam

  • what word is he saying inbetween grant and jurisdictions. i shall stand name of judge however i do not waive any common law rights nor do i grant_________ jurisdiction.

  • If you say what andersOn Tells you to Say you will be under court jurisdiction "Your houNour" is jurisdiction. A statemeNt is guilt. Youll be held in contempt and he can throw you in cuffs Right then And there.

NEVER make statements. NEVER Say "yOur honour". Ask for the judge's Real name. IF he refuses he will not ever get jurisdiction over you. End of story

  • fucked up thing is we come into the world with no instruction manual kinda like every thing else in the world a manual is kinda like a bible u see it carrys power and who doesnt want some of that power so everyone tends to follow so y not thro some worthless paper in there that way there is no trading or equal exchange

  • are you sitting or standing at this point of throwing it back to the judge, if you are the lay man do you stand or sit .if you stand at any point are you undr jurisdiction or still under common law

  • thank you excellent
