Hi jausel, I just saw your comment. Actually, on 21st October I did get the official certificate and letter from Guinness in London verifying that this record is recognised. As a matter of fact, it was actually 402, but it wasn't till after the 2nd count that the missing 2 straws were found on the floor as they had slipped off the table which originally wasn't intended for the counting but was used anyway because of the lighting for the cameras.
