Henry Greene Puzzle Table

The original design for this table is from the minds of the Greene brothers and was my inspiration to make something truly different. As a result I have made two versions of this 63 round expanding to 80 round table.

Firstly, a Quarter-Sawn White Oak table with a sturdy Arts and Crafts base.

Second, a Classic Greene and Greene design that mirrors its original Cloud Lift base detail.

The concept of a round-to-round table in not a new idea. The United States Patent Office has many design Patents issued, dating from the mid 19th century to more recently. In addition, self-storing leaves have been around for one hundred of years. What I am offering is combining all of these features in 100% solid construction handmade in the Heartland of America.

The more dramatic Fletcher Table, with an intricate mechanism, is priced above $50,000, while my table is only between $10,000 to $15,000 depending on material. I offer my table in all solid Quarter Sawn White Oak, Hard Maple, Cherry and Mahogany. Custom inlays are available per your request.
