when you breathe, what would consider 'our stomach' region should fill. Thats breathing through the diaphram, and when doing correctly, you should feel a deep sense of focus, almost immediatly. This is amplified by holding your breath for a few seconds. its truly incredible, the focus you achieve. I really like the videos, not many views but they really help. thanks alot.

I find that my mind moves at 1 million miles an hour constantly I'm anxious to try this out.

Thanks! this might be very useful for a person like me, because i am a very known daydreamer among my family & friends, splashily in class, whenever my university professor asks me a question about the days topic, i wouldn't be able to answer him due to my problem.
