I saw NECROMANCY back in 1979 on the local Friday late night horror movie show where i lived at the time entitled SCREAM THEATER. I was 11 years old. Im sure that it was edited for content based on it being on pre-cable TV circa 1979 but i remember it being decent for a low budget early '70's film.

@MybasementReviews I know that. also everything. Just saying my reasons.

@IwillloveGwenforever So basically in the 70's you had G, PG, R and X
-
@IwillloveGwenforever This films would have been released before PG-13 was created. The first PG13 film was Red Dawn in 1984. Spielberg was actually the one who suggested it after a backlash from the gore in his PG rated Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom

im very surprised some of these films were PG. They look more of a PG-13, Mostly Necromancy and Asylum.
-
Asylum is great!
-
I wish they would go back to narrating horror trailers like they used to in the 70s...it's way cooler lol
-
i wish i could find necromancy!
-
I like Asylum! : D It looks interesting.

WOW> I can't seem to find Necromancy anywhere.
I have looked for The Witching and Rosemary's
Disciple, the alternative titles and this film seems
to have disappeared.
Horror on Snape Island was retitled Tower of Evil (also Beyond the Fog I think). I just saw it on DVD...pretty good! It was ripped off in the '80s as Hell Night. Asylum is not on DVD yet....

Actually "Asylum" is on DVD - a special edition disc was released by Dark Sky in 2006 and includes a director's commentary track.
