@chadbaker666999 LOL Fail Fission

@Aedazan This is Ipossible on a large scale..Just because of the power needed...A Elctromagnetic force field would be better..requires less energy..But if you could have a Nuclear fusion generator this would work...

this will make one bad ass school project, i better get cracking lol

@Aedazan I will like to do it in my home, could you show me, please ? what were tools ?
-
you could use it as a containment field for a Farnsworth Fusor.....
Keep experimenting and reading
many have forgotten all of the breakthroughs that were made in the last 50 years, yet were never marketed...

I am sure this is a plasma shield

@Aedazan See "The College Conspiracy" on youtube, then drop out and start working on your ideas instead. You will go much farther if you shun a quackademic degree, they have now become absolutely useless and laughable! Blessings

its not literally a shield, its a single arc that is rotating around the field of the magnet roughly 30 thousand times per second
Very interesting. I think calling it a shield isn't right though as some people have mentioned. First of all you need the center of it to not get hot if you are to protect whatever will be in the middle. Second, it might stop living flesh from getting past it, but you can easily poke through it with a simple metal rod.
Cool though, I'd love to see it work in real life.

@Wolfenion If it had computer controls it could increase the power output (via a capacitor or buffer of some kind) whenever something comes in contact with it, if you were able to increase the power by a few factors it would self-ground to active and possibly begin to melt metal :)
But yes, it requires more research, Im sadly busy with my university work :(
