For Better or For Worse [FBOFW] A Jemi Story Episode 4 (39-51)

Demi's POV

I was walking through the park, spinning and laughing, trying to get my mind off, blocking off bad thoughts. I accidentally tripped and stumbled, turning as I got captured by a camera, my fake smile still shining through. I quickly apologized to the man, not looking towards him, for my tears were coming back. I ran to Selena's house, because she was the only one that I could trust. I ran into her room, crying, after passing by Mrs. Gomez, who gave me a worried look. "Demi!" She shouted, running over and squeezing me tight. "My life... Is hell." I whispered to her. "Demi! Don't say that. Keep hoping. It isn't over. Someone as wonderful as you doesn't deserve any of this pain." She coaxed me. I choked on sobs. "You say that everyday Sel. WHEN is it going to happen? WHEN is my hell finally going to end! WHEN! WHEN WHEN WHEN WHEN!" I shouted her. "WHEN!" She hugged me tighter, telling me: "When the time comes, it'll come. Don't get all worked up." She always told me that. Always always always. But no one can blame her. She's so sweet. It's New Years Eve. I went to my favorite place, The very top of Hollywood hill, much farther above the Hollywood sign. I drove up there in my convertible and sat at the top of it, enjoying the view. Suddenly I heard a car drive up. Who was it? No one knows this place except for me! I slowly walked over, careful not to make a sound. I looked around. Then I saw him. And boy was he HOT. He stepped closer, but not too close, careful not to scare me. "Hey" He said softly, flipping his hair out of his face. "H-hi" I stammerred. "Member me? From earlier?" He asked, showing me a picture. I quietly took it, and there I was, my fake smile shining brightly on my face. "Yea." I said softly. I walked him out of the forest, towards my car. I motioned for him to sit. We sat in silence, right next to each other. If we were any closer, our bodies would've been touching. We suddenly heard the crowd below us by the Hollywood sign shouting: "10! 9! 8! 7! 6!..." "5!" I shouted. He took my hand and smiled at me as we shouted "4! 3! 2! 1!" together. I smiled at him, and he smiled back at me. I looked deep into his eyes, and felt this sensation that I never felt before. I leaned in closer and closer, and whispered "Happy New Year" to him before our lips touched, and never had I felt something as amazing as that.

AWWWWWWWWWW! I love this episode! :D HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE!
