Unequally funded schools or a lack of involved parenting. I'm pretty sure that 2 +2 + 4 in Hempstead and in Garden City. Stop the excuses and the leftist views that coddle perpetual generations of couch potatoes. Stop with the handouts and giveaways. If you give a man a fish, you feed him for the day; If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for his life.
