This is a workout Vlog to help me improve. Any comments or suggestions is welcome.I am currently stuck at 10 bodyweight Chinups so I am incorporated some weighted chinups also. Sets were:
2 reps +25lbs (failed 3rd)
2 reps +25lbs (failed 3rd)
2 reps +25lbs
7 reps Body weight
7 reps Body weight
3 minute rest periods
And Grease the Groove throughout the remainder of the day. I Will progress soon.
