Superhoops: I haven't had a lot of experience with the Think Tanks, but when I purchased the Kiboko, I considered the TT and chose the Kiboko because, at the time, weight was an overriding concern and as I recall there was a couple pound difference in weight. As I haven't used the TTs, I'm hesitant to say anything broader than that, I like to speak about gear from personal experience.
