  • BTW, the performer misunderstood the notation for the artificial harmonics in the cadenza's opening plaing DDG instead of AAD an octave and a 5th higher.

  • @1MRBASSMAN my dearest "MAESTRO" I´m totally agree with thy words and thanks for it. My escuse is.. "that was my first time" and the panic was with me in the stage.

    Now I underestand the cadenza, much better than those days... hugs.

  • This is the Gruber cadenza which is being required for more and more auditions. Made famous by Ludwig Streicher's recording. It's available from a couple of on-line web-sites including the publisher's: Doblinger.

  • very good performance,very fast takes a lot of bravura,I personaly prefered it slower to carlodario this cadenza is very common is gruber and moost people play it with Dittersdorf. all the best paul
