Does everyone who's ragging on the piano player realize he's Herbie Hancock, one of the greatest piano players ever. He knew what he was doing. I'd like to see you guys do a better job.

Who sponsored this old fart to sing yesterday, like he can even remember what he did yesterday.
-
Neil plays piano quite well & his style would have suited the song better. He did well to pick a key out of that arrangement. Nice end to the song though.
-
thats the problem with alot of jazz players....they are only good within their own field.....they are alot like a car that will only drive in one gear.
-
Hancock's playing is AWFUL. Much-preferred is Neil's own version on his CD. I suspectt Neil was thinking the same thing-this guy sucks.
-
my God that piano player guy has no idea how to play what a song calls for. that a hack.
-
What tune is Herbie playing? It sure isn't Yesterday.
-
This is the worst version of this song i have ever heard. neil diamond is a fucking prick loser. the only people who enjoy this are bitches.

herbie hancock needs to have his hands cut off at the shoulders. such a disgrace to sir paul.
Herbie's jazz style of playing just doesn't fit the somber feel of this song. Neil should have used his own keyboard player Tom Hensley.

Neil Diamond sings this so beautifully, the haunting clarinets compliment his voice, it's a shame Hancock seems to be playing a different song. What was he thinking?
