The voice actor is Joachim Kerzel. he dubs a lot of American actors for the German versions of US movies, like Dustin Hoffman, Anthony Hopkins, Dennis Hopper and Harvey Keitel.

Well, the people standing on the other side of the wall at :10 seconds weren't too bright, either. That water is almost about to come over the wall, and that wall could give way any minute.
