You are right,but the Nazis didn't use commissars! The commissars where used by the soviet army and indeed they acted as you described above

@genestealerhybrid Actually they did. By 1944 Nazi-Germany did use Commissars or Leadership Officers (Führungs Offizieren) to stop the disintegration of their armed forces. These individuals where instructed to ensure that the soldiers fought to the bitter end and they could use whatever means neccesary including summary executions.

I study the ww2 history,but i have never heard anything about commissars inside in any part of the Wehrmacht .I know about Military Police soldiers and some parts of the Gestapo and the SS used to execute cowards

I took scenes from many videos ,that exist on youtube, and i put them together with the right music
I did that because i like the Imperial Guard,although i am a Tyranid player !!!
