要讓小朋友吃下討厭吃但又有營養的食物
就要用"偷渡"的方式讓小朋友在不知不覺中吃下去,
為了營養均衡問題,總會讓媽媽傷透腦筋,
每天變菜色,再怎麼變還是那幾道,
相信家有挑食小孩的媽媽都有同感,
"燴"是料理簡單,
又容易把多樣食材都加進去的料理方式,
今天淑芬姐也分享了幾道容易學"燴"的美味
在炎炎夏日中媽媽偶爾也該輕鬆一下
不必在廚房中揮汗如雨的煮飯。
