    People 'know' things, and yet we are all finite. 'Knowing' via proof, reduces 'doubt' to infinitesimal. This alone successfully refutes your premiss.

    But in addition, 'no one knows' if there is an infinite being. This makes you and your over presumptuous, over confident fellow religious zealots, very laughable.
