Primary film from University in 2000.
Animated on Silicon Graphics "toaster" machines, this was the result of a realisation that there was no work in 2D, so I'd better make something in CG to get a job. Using an early version of SoftImage, it took a loooooooong time just to place a single keyframe, with rendering even this simple pseudo cel-shaded look taking even longer.
It did the trick and landed me my first job in games, but as my Lead Animator later pointed out, I was "very lucky as there was no character animation in there whatsoever".
Another example of editing to my own music, only this I animated first then made the music afterwards.
