the dems economic strategy is to tax individuals making $125,00 ($250,000 for married couple) a year. not good.
i might comprise if they only raise taxes on individuals making 500,000+ a year but really gov spending is what needs to be cut and close the loopholes for the multi millionaire & billionaires. better yet, close down the irs and replace it with.....nothing!

@xpressurs If the govt pays someone to rebuild a bridge--that's a job. Also, rebuilding that bridge helps others get to their jobs. It's not a waste because people use those bridges. Also, the guy that gets paid to rebuild the bridge then goes and buys food--which creates jobs at supermarkets and farms and food processing plants. You don't really know what creates jobs do you?

secondly there a bill last time which was supposed to create quote "shovel ready projects" which amounted to nothing.
this is just more wasteful spending by the federal government.
the FG is bloated.it needs to cut back so that the money can be efficiently spent by the citizens,states and local governments.
all Chris Matthews spews is spend spend spend.
