Los Amigos Fantasticos: The RPG

This is my entry for the "Nescafe 3in1 Flicks" online video making contest for the Short Film category (advanced).

Because of the 90-second limit for all entries, I had to compress the film into an RPG-style battle of Los Amigos Fantasticos and its aftermath.

The battle scene is made in RPG Maker XP and is then captured with CamStudio. Thus, it's the only original footage in this film.

BGM:
1. Parokya Ni Edgar's NESCAFE 3in1 jingle
2. Some music from Flick 2, DLed from the official contest site
3. RPG Maker XP default boss battle music 1
4. RPG Maker XP default victory fanfare 1
5. 10-sec romance BGM, DLed from the official contest site

NOTE: For you reference lovers out there, I've put two references in this short film. One is "Cirno's Revenge" (Polar Bear X's ice-elemental attack); which refers to Cirno, the (stupid) ice fairy from the Touhou series. The other is "Cafe Curio", the name of the cafe from the Chocolat series of ren'ai games/visual novels.

Great video. LOL, it is hilarious... but... What? You guys only get 15 EXP and 75 pesos for killing that freaking Polar Bear X. It's like 25 pesos for each person. It didn't even drop any potion? I knew that Polar Bear X is so cheap and he won't carry much cash on him. By the way, I love Nescafe.
