  • I see a lot of guys here are making comments about me being out of shape, this is absolutely true. I'm way fat and dont do any cardio. I've never made any claims to being in shape. As for fighting I've been in over 500 real fights not counting the thousands of sport fights, I have never been on the losing side of a real life fight, and never fought someone in worse shape than me..so much for you fitness guys, but its not bad to be in shape, just not as important as you think.

  • Fantastic system but this guy couldn't defend against a cold.hes heavy breathing just talking

  • I want it noted, he's winded and he's just talking.

  • @It is an honor to be a student of the Sayoc system.

  • i have read a lot of comments about such knife fighting being obsessive. Point one: multiple wound work is usually tought to special forces. Point two if it really came down to it on the street if i was mugged, and i was faced with a choice of killing someone with multiple knife blows or being stabbed myself, guess which one i would choose? As my martial arts teacher used to say: "Its better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6"

  • @bobjoemagee The sport fights are basically Wrestling and Boxing matches, along with MMA fights to train various MMA fighters. I wrestled in competition from the time I was 6 to about 26 years of age. I Boxed from about 17 - 32, I have fought in Stick fighting competitions from the time I was 20 - 40. My point is there are different things learned from competition fights and real life fights both are valuable. Most people don't know much about real fighting, their views are competition based.
