Worcester: 1907 Otis Traciton Elevators @ Commerce Bank Building w/Balarick

We ride the 1907 Otis Traction Elevators, with Balarick, at the Commerce Bank Building (Later found out it's the Slater Building, but I'll stick with Commerce Bank), Worcester, Massachusetts.
We ride all 3 of them: the first 2 at least a full lap, and the 3'rd we just rode down. We didn't go a full lap there, to save time on today's travels.
We get a look on the top floor (10'th) at the old fixtures, from the first modernization, around the late 1930's, or 40's. Of course, these were brutally modernized sometime in the 21'st centrury.

Counterweights

possibly cables

Everything else was REPLACED.

I'd say the cables were replaced around 4 or 5 times. 2 or 3 if they were stingy.

How did bad modded is?

Well, the 40's or so mods aren't so bad. Those were simply installed to make the lifts automatic.

The 21'st century panel doesn't look like it belongs. It doesn't match the style of the lifts, and they replaced the motors with gearless traction, which at least makes these more comfortable.

I think the only thing original are the cabs, and maybe the counterweights, and guide rails.
