The administration successfully argued in front of the Supreme Court that Obamacare WAS a tax and that the government had the right to levy a tax. Thats the only way that they won.

its not a tax dummies; its a unenforced penalty in the taxcode if you dont comply; if you cant afford it you get medicaid; wheres the tax? 1% of idiots and GOP governors who dont expand medicaid will create problems themselves. Its an unenforced penalty in the tax code.
